Description
Finally, after several ideas and doodles, I came up with a The Sims fanart! 
I started with a painting of Mia from Resident Evil 7 Biohazard, but it definitely didn't look like her and I wasn't really satisfied.
After that I tried a different way of shading and then I had the idea with The Sims. (I was playing The Sims 3 the last couple of days, haha
)
